
Grilled chicken with yogurt
Ingredients
- Eight pieces of chicken cut into large chunks.
- A quarter cup of yogurt.
- 1 tablespoon each of:
- Lemon juice.
- Olive oil.
- Chicken sauce.
- 1 teaspoon each of:
- Crushed oregano.
- Crushed thyme.

how to prepare
- Wash the chicken well to get rid of the dirt stuck on it, then set it aside until it is completely drained of water.
- Put the yogurt, lemon juice, chicken sauce and olive oil in a bowl, then add the spice mix and mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces while continuing to mix, then cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for an hour.
- Place the chicken in an ovenproof tray greased with butter, then place in a medium oven for one hour or until red.
Hot Yogurt Chicken
Ingredients
- Eight pieces of chicken.
- Carrot cut into large pieces.
- Four onions, cut into medium-sized pieces.
- A clove of crushed garlic.
- Two finely chopped green chili pods.
- A tablespoon of: salt and lemon juice.
- Two tomatoes, cut into medium sized pieces.
- Potato, peeled and cut into medium sized cubes.
- one cup of each:
- Tomato paste.
- the water.
- Yogurt milk.
- 1 teaspoon each of:
- Crushed ginger.
- Crushed curry.
- Latency.
- The good cinnamon.
- Ground black pepper.
how to prepare
- Put the onions, yogurt, ginger, water, green chilli, in addition to the garlic in the electric mixer and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Put the chicken pieces in a bowl, then add the onion and yogurt mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Put the vegetable mixture, the spice mixture and the tomato puree in another bowl and mix well, then set the mixture aside.
- Place chicken and vegetables in an ovenproof tray, then cover with foil and place in oven over medium heat for one hour or until chicken is done.

- Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Half a cup of water.
- A quarter cup of soy sauce and lemon juice.
- A century of chopped green pepper.
- Two tablespoons of starch.
- Chopped green onion.
- 1 teaspoon each of:
- Sugar.
- Crushed pepper.
- A quarter teaspoon each of:
- White pepper;
- Sweet coriander.
- salt.
- Ginger;
how to prepare
- Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, then put them in a dish and sprinkle with ginger, chilli, salt, coriander, pepper and stir to coat the chicken pieces with spices.
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken and stir until the chicken is fully cooked and turns a deep golden color.
- Put the sugar, soy sauce, starch and water in a large measuring cup and stir until the sugar and starch dissolve.
- Add the mixture to the chicken and continue to stir until the sauce boils and thickens a bit.
- Boil the chicken over medium heat for ten minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and scatter the onions and peppers.
- Serve it with white rice or noodles.
Chicken with lemon sauce

- Six large pieces of chicken fillet.
- Three tablespoons of oil and butter.
- A cup of liquid cream.
- A tablespoon of lemon zest and parmesan.
- Two tablespoons of vinegar.
- Half a cup of lemon juice.
- A quarter teaspoon of black pepper and salt.
Top layer ingredients:
- Three tablespoons of rusk.
- Three tablespoons of parmesan.
- A tablespoon of chopped parsley.
- A cup of mozzarella cheese.

- Heat the oven to a temperature of 180°C, and provide yourself with a suitable oven dish.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken.
- Wait a few minutes, then flip the chicken to the other side until it turns golden brown, then put the chicken in the baking dish.
- Put the cream, the lemon zest and the lemon juice, in a deep plate, and mix them.
- Pour the mixture into the saucepan and let it boil, then add the vinegar.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the dish.
Prepare the top layer:
- Put the parmesan, breadcrumbs and mozzarella in a small dish and stir the ingredients to combine, then scatter them over the chicken.
- Put the chicken in the oven for 60 minutes, until the lemon sauce becomes thick.
- Scatter the parsley and serve the chicken with white rice or pasta.
