Ingredients
Marinade Mix Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon each of:
- White honey.
- Orange Marmalade.
- vegetable oil.
- A minced clove of garlic.
- Two tablespoons of soy sauce.
- A teaspoon of orange zest.
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Pinch of ground cloves.
- A small piece of grated ginger.
how to prepare
- Place the chicken wings on a large plate and prick them with the tip of a very sharp knife.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade mixture well, pour the mixture over the chicken wings, then let the wings soak in the marinade mixture for at least two hours.
- Heat the oven to two hundred degrees Celsius.
- Put the chicken wings in a baking dish and add a little of the seasoning mix.
- Leave the wings in the oven for about 50 minutes, turning them occasionally (more seasoning mix can be added if needed).
Gwang Sesame Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- Seven hundred and fifty grams of chicken wings.
- Half a cup of flour.
- Small spoon of salt.
- Big egg.
- Two tablespoons of water.
- Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- Half a cup of crumbled corn flakes.
- Half a cup of sesame.
- A quarter of a teaspoon of crushed pepper.
- Three tablespoons of corn oil.
Ingredients to serve:

- Hot tomato sauce.
how to prepare
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius, install the middle rack in the oven and prepare a wide baking sheet.
- Cut each wing in half and scrape off the excess skin on the cutting tip.
- Put the flour and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Put the eggs and black pepper in a deep plate and stir with a fork until the mixture is well blended.
- Put the cornflakes, sesame and chilli in a wide dish and stir the ingredients to mix well.
- Put the chicken wings in the flour mixture in batches and stir them so that they are completely coated with a generous layer of flour, then put them in the egg mixture and stir well, then transfer- them in the cornflake mixture and press them lightly so that the mixture sticks well.
- Put half the amount of oil in a large frying pan and place the pan over medium heat until the oil is hot, then add half the amount of wings.
- Gently flip the chicken wings with a slotted spoon until golden brown.
- Fry the rest of the wings in the remaining oil.
- Put the chicken wings in a baking dish, put them in the oven, and cook for about ten minutes, turning them once or twice during cooking.
- Remove the wings from the oven and arrange them on a large serving platter, and serve them hot with sauces.
Crispy Chicken Wings with Spicy Sriracha Sauce
Ingredients
- Half a kilogram of chicken wings.
- Quarter cup of ground coriander.
- Teaspoon of ground cumin.
- A teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Two tablespoons of coarse salt.
- A quarter cup of olive oil.
- Three-quarter cup hot Sriracha sauce.
- A mold of unsalted, melted butter.
- Half a cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
- Grate and squeeze three limes.

- Serve the wings hot with the Sriracha sauce.
