  • Put the carrots and garlic in a bowl and mix well, then set the mixture aside.
  • Put the onions, mushrooms, veal, in addition to the vegetable oil in a pan on the fire and stir well, then add the spice mixture and continue to stir until the mixture is well cooked, then remove it from the heat and set it aside until it cools.
  • Open the chicken breast in half, then stuff it with the veal mixture, then add the carrot mixture.
  • Put the chicken breast in an ovenproof tray greased with a little oil, and put it in an oven over medium heat for thirty minutes or until it is completely cooked, then take it out of the oven and cut it into pieces of medium-sized circles, then put it in a serving dish, and serve it beside the various authorities.

Preparing the chicken:

  • Slice the chicken breasts crosswise, not reaching the end, and open them until they are large.
  • Put the chicken breasts in a plastic bag and smash them with a mallet until they are thin.
  • Mix the flour with the salt, pepper and parmesan.
  • Cover the chicken breasts with the previous mixture until they are completely covered.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken to the oil and let it brown on all sides.
  • Lift the chicken and place it on a plate, covering it with aluminum foil to keep it warm.

Serve the dish:

  • Put the spaghetti on a plate suitable for serving, then place the fried chicken breasts on top.
  • Spread the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
