Ingredients

  • Three cups of flour.
  • Two teaspoons of granulated yeast.
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil or olive oil.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • a teaspoon of sugar.
  • One and a half cups of lukewarm water.
  • For the stuffing:
    • A cup of sliced ​​mushrooms.
    • A clove of garlic.
    • Four pieces of chopped tomatoes.
    • Three slices of sweet green pepper.
    • Sliced ​​onion.
    • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    • Half a cup of tomato sauce.
    • Four minced sausage sticks.
    • A tablespoon of dried thyme.
    • A tablespoon of corn.
    • Two cups of parmesan.

  • Put the white flour in a deep bowl after sifting it, then add the salt and stir.
  • Add the vegetable oil and mix the flour well.
  • Put the instant yeast and sugar in a cup and dissolve them in a little lukewarm water, then set aside until it rises to the surface.
  • Add the yeast to the flour, then start adding the amount of water gradually, not all at once, and knead.
  • We continue to knead until we have a soft dough, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then put it in a warm place for an hour until it ferments and doubles in size.
  • In the meantime, we start preparing the stuffing by putting vegetable oil in a pan on the stove, then we add the onions and stir until it softens, then we add the garlic.
  • Add the sweet green pepper and stir for several minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and stir, then add the mushrooms, corn and sausages, and continue to stir.
  • Leave the vegetables on the heat until fully cooked, then add the dried thyme and stir a bit, then remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Put the pizza dough on a table greased with vegetable oil, then divide it into medium-sized disks and let it rest for about ten minutes.
  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin in the shape of a circular disc, so that the dough is thin.
  • Put the dough in the griddle, then distribute the tomato sauce so that it does not reach the edges.
  • We distribute the amount of filling, then parmesan.
  • Preheat the oven to high, then place the pizza in the oven until cooked through and the edges begin to brown.
  • Take the pizza out of the oven and divide it into triangles and serve.
