  • Preheat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius, then bring a special oven bag for chicken of an appropriate size.
  • Marinate the chicken with a little salt and flour, then wash it several times in cold water, then make several small incisions with a knife in the breast and thighs.
  • Add: olive oil, vinegar, spices, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, paprika, hot pepper, garlic, ginger and pepper in a deep plate and stir the mixture well then distribute it inside and outside the chicken and put a little of the spice mixture on the vegetables;
  • Put the onions inside the chicken, then put the chicken and vegetables inside the bag and seal it tightly as indicated on the lid.
  • Put the bag of chicken in a tray and put it in the oven for about an hour and a half, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

  • Place the chicken on the funnel in the tray and put the remaining amount of the seasoning mix in the bag into a bowl.
  • Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for about one hour to seventy minutes, until cooked through and turning a deep golden color, brushing occasionally with the seasoning mixture with a brush.
